Questions &
Answers

Everything clients ask before we start. Missing something? Just ask.

What design services do you offer?

Everything your brand needs: logos, brand books, web and UX/UI design, social media visuals, flyers, billboards, illustrations, mockups and complete design systems. All custom — nothing off the shelf.

What tools do you design in?

Exclusively Adobe — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD. One ecosystem, predictable results, and files every print shop and developer understands.

Do you create logos and full brand identities?

Yes. Logo with variations, color palette, typography and usage rules — packed into a brand book, so your brand looks the same on a business card and a billboard.

Do you prepare print materials?

Yes. Flyers, posters, billboards, stickers — delivered print-ready with correct dimensions, bleed and color profiles. Straight to the printer, no fixing needed.

Do you design social media visuals?

Yes — for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, ads and banners. Each visual adapted to the platform’s format and purpose, keeping your brand consistent on every channel.

What does web design include?

Layout, UX structure, UI elements, typography, colors and responsive behavior. Design a developer can pick up without questions — because we’re also that developer.

Do you build mockups and prototypes?

Yes. Realistic mockups and interactive prototypes in Adobe XD — see, test and refine your product before development even starts. Changing a prototype is cheaper than changing code.

What technologies do you use for development?

PHP and Laravel, React and Next.js, Microsoft technologies and WordPress. We choose the stack per project — for performance, scalability and maintainability, not fashion.

Do you work with WordPress?

Yes, but not with heavy themes and 50 plugins. We build clean, fast WordPress sites with custom themes that are easy to manage and don’t fall apart after the first update.

Which architecture do you use — microservices or monolith?

The one you actually need. Monolith for a fast start, microservices for large systems, hybrid when you want both worlds. Architecture follows your size and growth plan — not the hype.

Can you build custom web applications?

Yes. Internal tools, dashboards, booking systems, business platforms — applications that solve your specific problem, not a generic one.

Do you develop SaaS products?

Yes, from idea to scalable platform. Design, development, architecture and billing structure — we build products that grow with their users.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes — native and cross-platform, depending on needs and budget. From prototype to App Store and Google Play release.

Do you maintain websites after launch?

Yes. Updates, security checks, performance optimization and small improvements — keeping your site fast, secure and current. We don’t disappear after launch.

Do you work with individuals and freelancers?

Yes. A personal site, portfolio, landing page or app idea — we make it look and work professionally, with zero technical headaches on your side.

Do you work with small and medium businesses?

Yes — that’s our specialty. We help companies sharpen their digital presence: websites, apps, visuals — everything that supports real business goals, without agency bloat.

How does collaboration work?

Directly — you talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager. We agree on scope, design first, then development. Transparent, with no unnecessary meetings.

Can I hire you for design only, or development only?

You can. Most clients take both — it saves time, kills designer-developer misunderstandings and keeps everything consistent. But the choice is yours.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. Redesigns, interface improvements or unfinished development — we review what you have and suggest the smartest next step. No judgment about the code we find.

Is your design and code custom-made?

Always. We don’t sell templates or recycled solutions. Everything we ship is built for your brand, product and business.

How long does a typical project take?

Depends on complexity: a simple website takes a few weeks, apps and SaaS take longer. You get a realistic timeline before we start — and we stick to it.

How do we start?

Send your idea to info@gosimple.agency or through the form. We review it, suggest an approach and get back to you fast — usually the same business day.
